Lisa Railey, Executive Director
Lisa comes to PFCF after 30+ years in the non-profit sector. Lisa spent 20 years at Catholic Relief Services where she worked with major donors in the New England and mid-Atlantic regions, managed a team of Major Gift Officers, and raised millions of dollars for those in need around the world. Lisa traveled to over 20 countries during her time at CRS. Lisa has also worked at the Cool Kids Campaign Foundation helping families with a childhood cancer diagnosis, and Catholic Charities in Baltimore at a youth residential treatment facility. She also works at the Calvert Library. Lisa is a graduate of Ursinus College where she was an All-American lacrosse player and captain of her national championship team. 

Charlie Schuyler, Co-Founder and Chairman
Co-Founder and Chairman, Charlie is the Director, Business Development for Zotec Partners, a healthcare technology solutions company, located in Carmel, Indiana. Previously, Charlie maintained a PGA membership and held positions with Saucon Valley Country Club, Augusta National Golf Club, Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Congressional Country Club, Bonita Bay Club, and Baltusrol Golf Club. Charlie is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management) where he met Lauren Lundy, his wife to be. In addition to his current employment, Charlie serves as a mentor in the PSU PGA Golf Management Mentorship Program and serves on the Board of the Indiana Golf Foundation, supporting the DEI and Volunteer Committees. Charlie and Lauren live in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Lauren Schuyler, Co-Founder
Co-founder of Pros Fore Clothes Foundation and Director, Client Services for Compendium Group Lauren graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Women's Studies minor. While at Penn State, Lauren competed on the Women's Varsity Golf Team serving as a three time captain. Lauren's prior employment history includes Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway in Bethlehem, PA, Contract Administrator with Ivey Residential in Augusta, GA, and Realtor with Jack Lingo REALTOR in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Previously, Lauren maintained a PGA membership and held positions with King’s Creek Country Club, Woodmont Country Club, Dellwood Country Club, Bonita Bay Club, and The Penn State Golf Courses. 

J.J. Weaver, Board Member
PGA Golf Professional at Augusta National Golf Club and the Inverness Club in Toledo, OH. JJ has been a Golf Professional at Augusta National for 20 years, serving 3 years as an Assistant Professional and 17 years as the Co-Head Professional alongside Tony Sessa. JJ played an instrumental role at Augusta National in the launch of the Grow the Game initiative Drive Chip and Putt Championship. JJ has also served at the Inverness Club in Toledo, OH for 7 years as a Teaching Professional and Director of Golf. During his tenure, the Inverness Club hosted the 2019 U.S. Junior Amateur, the 2020 LPGA Drive On Championship, and the 2021 Solheim Cup. Inverness is also the host site for the following upcoming Championships: the 2027 U.S. Women’s Open and the 2029 U.S. Amateur. In previous positions, JJ served as the Head Professional at the Boston Golf Club, the Assistant Professional at Scioto Country Club, and the Assistant Professional at Tradition Golf Club. 

Tony Sessa, Board Member
General Manager at East Hampton Golf Club. Tony is a PGA Golf Professional, elected to PGA membership in 1993. Prior to his current role, Tony served as the Golf Professional at East Hampton Golf Club (since 2000) and Augusta National where he served for 25 years (8 years as an Assistant Professional and 17 years as the Head Professional), sharing the role with J.J. Weaver. He started his PGA career in Naples, Florida at Quail Creek Country Club and spent a several years of his career at the Maidstone Club, in East Hampton, New York. 

Patrick White, Board Member  
PGA Director of Golf at Woodland Country Club in Carmel, Indiana. Patrick attended Penn State University. Upon graduating in 2008, Patrick began his career in golf at Crooked Stick Golf Club. In 2009, Patrick was awarded the Assistant Golf Professional of the Year and served as the Head Golf Professional at Crooked Stick from 2010-2013. Then in 2014, Patrick became the Head Golf Professional at Woodland Country Club, where he now holds his current position. Patrick serves on the Indiana PGA Board of Directors as Vice President, Indiana Golf Foundation Board, IGA-PGA Board and Penn State PGM Alumni Board as Past President. Recent accolades include the 2014 Indiana PGA Section Merchandiser of the Year, 2015 Callaway Master Staff Professional of the Year, 2020 Horton Smith Award for the Indiana PGA Section, 2022 Bill Strausbaugh Award for the Indiana PGA Section, and 2023 Golf Professional of the Year for the Indiana PGA Section. Prior to Crooked Stick, Patrick worked at Laurel Valley Golf Club, Oakmont Country Club and Seminole Golf Club.
